We provide a wide range of premium laser diode chips for all application scenarios. These laser diode chips are produced using state-of-the-art quantum-well epitaxial layer growth and a reliable ridge waveguide structure. We offer these lasers in many configurations, with various back-face and front-face reflection options. Custom designs and production are also available. The chips are typically offered as metalized bar chips or on submount, with full testing and burn-in processes. Additionally, we provide packaging and fiber pigtail services. The material system for wavelength >1300 nm is AlGaInAs. Due to their high sensitivity to electrostatic discharge, warranty coverage applies only to fully metal covered modules the benchtops, which include proper protection. Other versions of the lasers and photodetectors are not covered by any warranty.

Single-mode Fiber Coupled Laser Source
PLSM We offers single-channel, fiber-coupled laser sources with output in the UV, visible, and NIR. They are available with various fiber types, including single mode, multimode, and polarization-maintaining. Each benchtop laser source contains precision current and temperature controllers, providing stable power and low noise output with little drift over a long period of time. A built-in isolator option is available. Our also provides customers with designed fiber pigtailed laser diodes, including VCSEL and TO-CAN laser diodes.

Super Luminescent Light Emitting Diode (SLED)
The SLED series laser diodes are fabricated in hermetically sealed 14-pin or 8-pin butterfly packages. The laser diodes contain a monitor photodiode, thermoelectric cooler (TEC), and a thermistor to secure high-quality laser performance. Our laser products are Telcordia GR-468 qualified and in compliance with RoHS Directives. SLEDs are based on generation and amplification of spontaneous emission in a semiconductor. It emits a single mode with a wide spectrum and low coherence. SLEDs are highly susceptible to back-reflections which are amplified inside, resulting sin pikes or damage to the device. For wavelength >1310nm, it contains an optical isolator inside. We produce special ultra-broadband external fiber isolators for wavelengths <1310nm.

Supercontinuum Laser / Light, Single Mode, 450-2200 nm, Fiber Coupled
The SUPL is a Turn-Key single-mode supercontinuum ASE source providing continuous emission from 450 to 2300 nm, with up to 7 W average output power and power stability better than 0.5% RMS. The system uses a 1060 nm pulsed fiber laser to pump a photonic crystal fiber (PCF), producing a spatially coherent, diffraction-limited beam across the entire spectral range. The SUPL delivers highly stable linear polarization, featuring an extinction ratio of up to 35 dB with minimal sensitivity to time or temperature variations, making it an ideal polarized broadband light source for demanding applications. Available as a ready-to-use benchtop unit, the SUPL offers two repetition-rate configurations: 100 kHz and 4 MHz with pulse duration of 100ns and 10ns, respectively. Shorter pulses generate lighter in the blue spectral.

Superluminescent (SLED) Light Source
The Our Fiber-Coupled SLD Source is designed for easy coupling and straightforward control of a superluminescent diode (SLD). Each system is equipped with a single FC/APC connector output, and the drive electronics incorporate high-precision, low-noise auto-feedback to ensure constant output power. A temperature control unit is integrated to maintain optimal operating conditions. The user interface features an intuitive LCD display, allowing independent control of output power and temperature settings by the two front rotating knobs. The SLDS includes a universal power supply that supports operation from 100 to 240 VAC without requiring manual voltage selection, and is supplied with both US and European standard line cords. Convenient fuse access is located on the rear panel.
