970nm Pump Butterfly Laser Diode

The 980 nm laser-diode series is built in a hermetically sealed 14-pin butterfly package that integrates a monitor photodiode, thermoelectric cooler (TEC), and thermistor to ensure stable, high-performance operation. The device incorporates a wavelength-stabilizing grating to improve wavelength stability and reduce linewidth. All laser products are Telcordia GR-468 qualified and compliant with RoHS directives. A matching driver is available as either a compact module or a turnkey benchtop unit. Due to their high sensitivity to electrostatic discharge, warranty coverage applies only to fully metal covered modules the benchtops, which include proper protection. Other versions of the lasers and photodetectors are not covered by any warranty. Please use them with great caution.
