An entry-level FTIR spectrometer, more compact than the FI-RXF100, with a permanently aligned interferometer and user-replaceable source and desiccant. Takes ATR, transmission, diffuse reflectance, specular reflectance and gas-cell accessories; 5000–500 cm⁻¹ in the moisture-resistant ZnSe version, 8000–350 cm⁻¹ with KBr.

Compact benchtop FTIR
FI-RXF100
A compact FTIR spectrometer with interchangeable sampling modules. A snap-lock mount keeps the optical path strictly repeatable, so switching between ATR, transmission, reflection and other modes is easy in the lab or on site. Diamond ATR, 7800–350 cm⁻¹ with KBr optics, SNR ≥ 50,000:1, 8 kg.

Hot-gas analyser
FI-RXF100-G
A compact FTIR gas analyser with an integrated multi-pass gas cell of 5–9.8 m path length, heated to 180 °C. A dedicated coupling chamber joins spectrometer, gas cell, temperature controller, thermocouple and heat sink, so the beam path is short and practically unaffected by the ambient atmosphere.
