ST10 Ultrafast Time-Resolved Spectroscopy System

An integrated spectrograph, streak camera, relay optics and software platform records wavelength and time in the same image. Optical collection is configured for fibres, samples or microscopy.

Best suited to

Time-resolved photoluminescence, semiconductor carrier dynamics and plasma emission.

Selecting a configuration

Select the required time window and spectral band together. The highest temporal resolution, broadest single-shot band and finest spectral resolution require different optical settings.

Measurement & configuration

  • Static spectral acquisition and transient streak images.
  • Lifetime-curve extraction and system control software.
  • Precision relay and focal-plane alignment.
