Spectroscopy measurement systems
Flame image-C-LIF Planar Fluorescence Imaging
A configured planar laser-induced fluorescence platform images selected species in a combustion field. A laser sheet defines the measurement plane and a gated camera captures its fluorescence.
Best suited to
Combustion radical distribution, fuel tracers and flame-front studies.
Selecting a configuration
Provide the target species, excitation transition, field of view and optical access. Laser, filter and timing selection must follow the transition; quantitative concentration or temperature needs an appropriate calibration model.
Measurement & configuration
- Tunable excitation and laser-sheet collection geometry.
- Gated imaging with synchronised acquisition.
- Software for acquisition, analysis and result visualisation.
Plan the signal path
- 1Tuned laser sheet
- 2Species fluorescence
- 3Gated planar image
