Overview
About the SCS1000
SCS1000 combines illumination, sample handling and acquisition in a mobile enclosure. Software switches AC/DC modes, reference detectors, spot sizes and optical paths, reducing manual changes between measurements.
Reference detectors and acquisition modules define the working wavelength and signal ranges. Select the sample fixture for cell size, electrode layout and environmental requirements.
Features
- Reflective optics and camera-assisted positioning
- Spectral responsivity, EQE, IQE, IPCE and integrated Jsc
- QE, reflectance and light-beam-induced-current mapping options
Applications
- Single-junction and tandem photovoltaic devices
- Silicon, organic, polymer and perovskite cells
- Automated research and production quality measurements
