Single-photon detector calibration
DSR600-PDE Photon Detection Efficiency System
DSR600-PDE measures photon detection efficiency versus wavelength by comparing a photon-counting detector with a calibrated reference through an integrating sphere. Supports SPAD, SiPM, PMT and other single-photon-sensitive detectors.

Overview
About the DSR600-PDE
A monochromator and integrating sphere provide uniform monochromatic light to the calibrated reference and device under test. Reference power and active-area ratio establish incident photon flux, which is compared with the recorded pulse count.
Scanning wavelength yields the PDE spectrum, peak efficiency and peak wavelength. The calibrated detector range and counting electronics must match the device being measured.
