Autofocusing High Resolution Fiber Connector Inspection Scope
The FSCO 500 video is a high-performance tool that integrates several essential functions to make fiber connector inspection convenient and accurate. The microscope offers ultra-clear images of all types of fiber connector ends with a unique blue LED illumination design that improves contrast on minor scratches. Autofocusing is activated by a pushbutton or foot switch, eliminating the need for delicate manual adjusting, which frustrates many people. Moreover, it has dual magnifications to examine both the details of the fiber core and the entire connector surface. The two images of different magnifications are displayed either on the main display alternatively with a pushbutton switch or on two screens simultaneously.

Aviation UltraL™ Fiber Connectors/Cables
The Aviation UltraL™ Low Loss fiber optic connectors (AVFC) are engineered for exceptional performance in demanding environments, particularly aerospace and outer space applications. These connectors desirably feature low coupling loss, resilience to vibrations, and high optical power handling capabilities. Our proprietary active core alignment technology ensures each connector achieves a coupling loss of below 0.05dB, surpassing the industry standard where typical connectors experience losses of around 0.3dB. This innovation guarantees optimal signal transmission efficiency. To withstand harsh conditions, such as shocks and vibrations, we’ve incorporated a specialized locking mechanism into the design. Additionally, our connectors feature an expanded fiber tip mode size prior to exiting the fiber, enabling them to handle high optical power levels effectively.

Fiber Connector High-Resolution Inspection Scope
This is a professional-grade fiber end microscope featuring a clear image with large magnification and rugged all-metal construction. It is designed for easy and quick fiber connector examination. It comes with two universal adapters with hole diameters of 1.25 mm and 2.5 mm for viewing common connectors. Matching adaptors for all types of connectors are available to make connector examination faster without the need to adjust the focus each time, especially for angled connectors. For PM connectors, we offer pre-key alignment to a screen grid for measurement of connector key orientation in addition to their surface quality. Please note – These adaptors are intended as permanent fixtures so that each scope is dedicated to a certain type of connector. For high throughput operation, multiple scopes with different adaptors will be used.

High Power Fiber Optic Connectors/Cables

High Power Multimode Fiber Optic Connector
Our high-power connectors incorporate several advantageous features. We use copper ferrules with a bored front to dissipate heat better and free-standing fiber tips to minimize the probability of damage to uncoupled light. The front part of the connector is epoxy-free to prevent burning. It has a key pin so that each connector can be pre-aligned to achieve and ensure uniform low loss. AR coating is an option to further reduce the loss and increase reliability. Moreover, we offer mode-stripping which removes most of the light from fiber cladding. We further offer fiber end-cap enhancement of these connectors for higher power handling, which expands the Mode Field Diameter and thus reduces the power density at the glass-air interface to a level below the damage threshold.

High Power Single Mode Fiber Optic Patch Cable/Connector 10W
The High Power Fiber Optic Connector (HPFC) incorporates a beam-expanded fiber lens at the fiber end within a conventional butt-coupling format. The fiber tip utilizes a GRIN (graded-index) lens instead of a conventional end cap, minimizing coupling loss and enabling efficient high-power transmission. The mode field diameter (MFD) is expanded to 15 µm for 5 W operation and 35 µm for 10 W and 15 W operation. Each connector is manufactured to tight tolerances to ensure consistent performance across units with the same part number, enabling reliable and repeatable mating. HPFC connectors must be used in matched pairs with identical part numbers. Mating with conventional connectors results in higher insertion loss and does not support high-power handling.

Ultralow Loss Single Mode Fiber Connectors/Patch Cables 0.07dB
The UltraL™ Ultra Low Loss fiber optic connectors and patch cables achieve exceptionally low coupling loss, enabling the development of next-generation quantum systems and ultra-low-loss optical networks. The outstanding performance (<0.05 dB when mated as a pair) is achieved through a patent-pending automatic core alignment technology that guarantees precise and repeatable alignment across production. In contrast, standard connectors typically exhibit losses of around 0.3 dB. The UltraL™ connector utilizes ceramic ferrules compatible with standard connector formats and can be repolished to remove surface wear after extended use. UltraL™ connectors must be used in matched pairs with identical part numbers to maintain performance, as mating with conventional connectors eliminates the low-loss advantage.
