OEM-MFCW structured line projection
375–1550 nmThe OEM-MF is a CW line laser with 375–1550 nm wavelength options and output up to 15 W, depending on wavelength. TTL or analog up to 30 kHz. Select a listed wavelength, fan angle and power configuration for the required working distance.

Structured illumination
A line matched to the measurement
The line optic spreads CW light across a surface for imaging, profiling and alignment. Specify the fan angle, line width and usable line length at the actual working distance. Total source power alone does not define illumination along the line.
Specify the mounting and thermal arrangement for the OEM head together with the power supply and line optic.

Applications
Measure with a projected line
Choose the source and line optic around the camera, surface, working distance and measurement geometry.
3D scanning & dimensional inspection
A camera observes the projected line across the surface to measure shape, height, flatness and dimensions with a calibrated triangulation geometry.
Plan the measurement →Weld seam tracking & positioning
The projected line reveals joint edges and height changes so a vision system can estimate the seam position before or beside the welding process.
Plan the measurement →Road, rail & tunnel inspection
A projected reference line supports profile measurements and alignment checks on roads, rails and tunnel surfaces as part of a calibrated inspection system.
Plan the measurement →What do you need?
Tell us the wavelength, output power, fan angle, working distance, line width and camera timing you need, and we'll reply with the matching configuration and lead time.
