DInAs3800-TE Cooled InAs Detector
A thermoelectrically cooled indium-arsenide detector assembly for 1–3.8 µm measurements. Current output connects to a suitable transimpedance stage or compatible current-input acquisition unit.
Best suited to
Single-point near- and mid-infrared wavelength scanning.
Selecting a configuration
Specify the expected current and bandwidth with the acquisition electronics. The ZTC controller is required for cooled operation; confirm the complete detector, controller and amplifier configuration.
Measurement & configuration
- Two-stage TE-cooled detector element.
- Regulated detector operation with a ZTC controller.
- Compatible current acquisition or external I–V amplification.
Plan the signal path
- 1Infrared signal
- 2TE-cooled InAs
- 3Current acquisition
