Coarse + Fine Double Tuning
Single-axis and 2D rotary stages purpose-built for fiber optic positioning. Coarse and fine double-tuning structure achieves sensitivity better than 0.5 µm linear, 23.4" angular. Black anodized aluminum alloy.

Sub-Micron to Nanometer Resolution
Parallel flexure design with no sliding mechanisms or bearings. Common center of rotation across all axes dramatically reduces cross-axis coupling and alignment time for fiber coupling, waveguide alignment, and optoelectronic packaging.

Traditional stacked stages accumulate error at each layer. The NXP parallel structure eliminates this by actuating all axes simultaneously from a single rigid body. The common point of rotation means all angular axes share one reference point — critical for fast, accurate fiber coupling.

Drivers sold separately (DNXP-M or DNXP-A). Drivers can be mixed per axis. NXP-3 does not have L/R variants. Piezo driver (NXP-NP models) includes internal actuator — no separate driver needed.
Align single-mode fiber to a photonic chip or another fiber with sub-µm precision. Common center of rotation avoids re-centering after angle adjustments.
Couple free-space beams or fibers into waveguide facets. The NXP flexure removes error accumulation inherent in stacked-stage designs.

NFP-GON10 optical fiber manual goniometer can be combined with NFP-3561/3561L to add θx rotation (±10°) around the X-axis. Features dovetail slot mounting seat for fiber accessories.
NFP-2561T / TL two-dimensional tilt slide stage can be combined with NFP-3561/3561L to add θy and θz pitch/yaw adjustment. Dovetail groove mounting with special fiber optic accessory slots.
APFP Series
Dovetail-compatible mounts, clamps, and holders that plug directly into the dovetail groove of any NFP or UFP stage without additional tools. Maintains consistent center height across all accessories.

Upper dovetail seat accepts any fiber accessory. Center height matched to NFP/UFP stages for coaxial alignment. Fixed via jackscrew.

T-shaped dovetail bracket. Same center height as APFP-US. Suitable for coaxial adjustment with all series fiber stages.

Dovetail Ecosystem
All APFP accessories share the same dovetail standard. They can be swapped between UFP1, UFP3C/5C/6C, and NFP-3561/5561/6561 stages without re-centering — the center height is held constant across the entire series, enabling coaxial fiber alignment regardless of which accessory is installed.
