Variable Optical Attenuator - MEMS Mini
The MEMS Series VOA is based on our patented micro-electro-mechanical mechanism, featuring a compact design, high reliability, direct drive, and excellent optical performance. The MM series VOA is compliant with Telcordia 1209 and 1221 reliability standards. The VOA is available in either normally-open or normally-closed configurations, and it is driven by applying an electrical voltage.
