Fiber Optic Temperature Sensor
The FOTS fiber optic temperature sensor probes deliver industry-leading accuracy, repeatability, and reliability across diverse applications. Based on the intrinsic temperature-dependent quantum effects of bandgap materials, the FOTS sensor features a compact sensing crystal at the fiber tip, ideal for tip measurement applications. Immune to RF interference, these probes enable precise temperature monitoring in extreme environments. They are easy to install, robust, and available with customized designs upon request, tailored for OEM applications. When paired with the SMNT readout unit, the FOTS sensor provides exceptional repeatability and reliability even in challenging conditions, including high EM, RF, MR, and microwave field environments. The standard operating range spans from -40 °C to +300 °C.

Fiber Optic Tip Pressure Sensor
The FTPS is a MEMS-based fiber optic tip pressure sensor specifically designed for physiological pressure measurements in a variety of environments (human, animal, industrial) constructed with non-metallic materials. It is fully immune to EMI and RFI interference. This miniature sensor, with an outer diameter of just.20mm, is ideal for integration into catheters, guidewires and other devices for minimally invasive pressure measurements. The patent-pending design eliminates moisture-induced drift and significantly reduces thermal zero shift. We offer customizable sensor encapsulation at the sensor tip and/or along the entire optical cable, available in various materials and sizes to meet specific OEM application needs.

Fiber Optical Electric Field Sensor Head
This EOFS Electric-field sensor is based on an electro-optical crystal packaged with a dual fiber collimator and made entirely of non-metallic materials. It features perturbation-free, wide frequency coverage from Hz to microwave up to 40 GHz, high electrical damage threshold (>10 MV/m and 10W/cm 2 power density), and harsh environment compatibility, including temperature, pressure, liquid, X-rays, and gamma rays. We produce sensors with both horizontal and vertical orientations so that one can detect electrical fields in 3D. The readout is via a laser through optic fibers. It is ideally suitable to remotely and non-intrusively measure electric fields in demanding application scenarios. We offer several package configurations for general use, liquid immersion, vacuum chamber compatibility, permittivity matching, and 3D vector sensing. Custom design is our specialty.

Fiber Optical Electric-Field Readout System
Photonic Electric Field Sensing System (PEFS) is an instrument that optically measures the electric field. It integrates a fiber optic E-field sensor probe, a laser, a photo-receiver, an amplifier module, and associated electronics. The probe connects to the system via two fibers. The sensor system covers a broad frequency range from 10 MHz to 40 GHz. The E-field intensity is proportional to the readout signal. The amplifier gains are adjustable to optimize the sensitivity and the dynamic ranges. The E-field frequency information can be obtained by connecting to a spectrum analyzer or a frequency-tunable filter. A multichannel system is available with the configurations of either switching among the sensor heads or simultaneously reading all heads at once using independent laser and detector sets.

Ultra-High Voltage Sensor
Based on our patent pending optical sensor design, the HVSS provides a means to reliably and precisely measure ultra-high voltage. The all-dielectric sensor configuration intrinsically eliminates the concern of arcing often associated with ultra-high voltage environments. It uniquely offers many advantageous features: accurate voltage measurement with zero phase shift and low noise, flat response through the 20th harmonic; lightweight; inductance-based self-powered build-in. The design is an all-in-one unit that can be directly mounted onto a high voltage conductor cable. Custom configurations are available, including fiber readout, and Bluetooth communication to an adjacent transmission unit.
