Choosing a IMX411 camera

Compare Sony IMX411 MAX151 cameras by monochrome or colour capture and USB3 or 10GigE connection. A large sensor is useful only when the objective and relay optics provide a sufficiently large corrected image circle.

Check sustained frame rate at full resolution, host storage throughput and the camera mounting arrangement. For quantitative fluorescence, compare monochrome capture with the spectral filtering required by the experiment.
