Fiber Optic Partial Reflector
The FOPR Partial Reflectors partially reflect a portion of our input light back towards our input end while the rest of our input light is transmitted to the output. This is achieved using a partially reflecting mirror in the light path and advantageously offers high power handling. These partial reflectors have a 780 nm ~ 2200 nm single mode wavelength range with either a 10:90 or 20:80 reflection ratio. The reflection ratio (R:T ratio) is the ratio of reflected light to transmitted light, not including light lost within the device due to absorption. The white port is used as the input while the blue is the output. Fiber leads are jacketed in Ø 900µm Hytrel tubing and are 1m long. Custom configurations with other wavelengths, fiber types, or R:T ratios are also available as special orders.

Fiber Optical Faraday 90 Degree Reflector 1310 – 2250nm
The FRMR Series Faraday Mirror Reflector rotates the state of polarization (SOP) by 90° upon reflection, eliminating polarization sensitivity in optical systems such as fiber interferometers, sensors, fiber lasers, Brillouin amplifiers, and fiber optic modules. It features low insertion loss, a compact design, and an epoxy-free optical path for enhanced reliability and thermal stability. Available in a standard single-port configuration, where light reflects back along the same fiber, or a two-port version, where light reflects through a second fiber port. The FRMR series ensures superior performance and flexibility for polarization-sensitive applications.

Fiber Optical Variable Reflector
The VRFL Series of Fiber Optical Variable Reflector is a single fiber device that reflection the input light backward with variable ratio between 100-0% by applying a control voltage. It is constructed using an electrostatic rotating mirror hermetically sealed with nitrogen, featuring high repeatability, low power consumption, and low cost. A voltage between 0-9V on the drive pin sets the optical attenuation. When power is removed, the VRFL returns to its default 100% reflection state. The device’s electrical character is capacitive without polarity. It can be mounted directly on printed circuit boards. The component is compliant with RoHS requirements and Telcordia standards GR1221 qualified. We provides customized designs and modular assemblies to meet control and integration applications.

Free Space Optical Retroreflector
The FSRF free space optical retroreflectors reflect a light beam back 180° toward its original direction, achieved through prism total internal reflections. It is available in two aperture sizes: 10 mm and 25 mm in diameter. We have stocked wavelength bands: 740-900nm, 800-1040nm, 1020-1100nm, 1250-1650nm. Other wavelength bands are available as special orders. A mounted version is also offered for ease of use.
