Cage Systems

Zolix’s right-angle adapter plates are designed to couple two 30 mm cage system at 90°, the front side of each adapter has flexuous clamps that can be slid onto two parallel cage rods.

Zolix cage system guide rods are made from stainless steel, its diameter is Ø6 mm, compatible with 30 mm cage system.

Zolix SM1 lens tube is normally used to fix Ø25.4 mm optics and create light-tight beam paths to avoid the affection from the ambient light.

Zolix provides cage-system-compatible adjustable iris diaphragm that features M4 tapped hole on the bottom used for post mounting.

Zolix cage systems right-angle mount is designed for a mirror whose nominal horizontal position is at a 45°angle, compatible with 30 mm cage systems which suitable for building compact systems.

CSHS1-S Kinematic mount features a smooth Ø25.4 mm mounting hole that is suitable for Ø25.4 mm optic which is at least 3 mm thick, the optic is held in place with a top-located locking screw.

Zolix CSMR1-AS is designed to mount optics which up to Ø25.4 mm and up to 9.4 mm thick in an SM1 threaded rotation carriage with a SM1R retaining ring.

Zolix provides Filter Mount CSM1-SF with two CSM1-SF-IS inserts for up to four Ø25.4 mm optics, the inserts can be ordered separately.

Zolix cylindrical lens mount for 30 mm cage systems is designed to orient a cylindrical lens or another rectangular optic horizontally or vertically within a 30 mm cage system.

The CSM1-F is suitable for mounting in a 30mm cage system, supports 360°manual rotation of the optics, and comes with two retain rings that can be used to mount optics with a diameter of 25.4 and a maximum thickness of 7mm.

Zolix XY Translation Mounts provide ±1mm or ±3mm of travel range and suitable for the installation of Ø25.4mm optics.

Zolix cage cubes are compatible with 30 mm cage system, each side contains a SM1-threaded through hole.
