FL-780-LN-L780 nm near-infrared single-frequency low-noise fiber laser
780 nmThe FL-780-LN-L is a 780 nm continuous-wave fiber laser. Pump energy is supplied to an active fiber, which guides the light and provides optical gain as it propagates. Output coupling then delivers the amplified beam to the experiment. Single-longitudinal-mode operation selects one resonator frequency. Linewidth describes the spread around that frequency, while frequency drift describes how its center moves over time. This distinction matters when matching the source to a narrow resonance or an interferometer.
