AFC-FC-APC-1550
1550 nm FC/APC Aspheric Fiber Collimator
The AFC-FC-APC-1550 is an engineered aspheric fiber collimator designed for high-performance single-mode laser delivery in the 1520–1620 nm optical telecommunications window. Incorporating a molded precision aspheric glass singlet, it eliminates spherical aberration completely to transform divergent fiber emission into a diffraction-limited collimated beam (2w₀ = 0.85 mm). The factory-aligned 8° FC/APC interface ensures backreflected light is guided harmlessly into the cladding, yielding ≥60 dB optical return loss.
