PGL-VI-810810 nm near-infrared CW laser
810 nmThe PGL-VI-810 is a 810 nm continuous-wave direct diode laser. Electrical current creates optical gain in a semiconductor junction, and the diode generates the laser light directly. Optical feedback selects the oscillating modes, while drive current and junction temperature affect output power and wavelength. Tuning changes the selected output wavelength so spectral features can be scanned with the same source. The tuning band specifies which lines can be reached; linewidth describes the width of the selected line.
