Glan-prism analyser
Polarization Measurement with a Glan Prism
Measure transmitted power as a Glan analyser rotates through 360°. The angle-dependent trace supports assessment of linear-polarisation orientation and polarisation purity, with wavelength-specific prism options.

How the measurement works
Send the beam through the analyser to a power meter, record the starting orientation and sample transmitted power at successive rotation angles. Plot power against angle and compare maxima and minima.
